I'm a Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of mental health settings, supporting individuals through trauma, depression, anxiety, body image issues, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and alcohol and substance use. My greatest passion is helping adolescents and adults heal from childhood trauma and reconnect with their most authentic selves.

I believe that healing happens in safe, trusting relationships, and I’m committed to building that with my clients. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and holistic. I integrate various therapeutic modalities tailored to what is most helpful for you or your adolescent child, including psychodynamic theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic practices, and parts work. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, always centering your strengths, needs, and goals.

As a social justice advocate, I am especially passionate about creating an affirming space for marginalized and underserved communities. I honor all aspects of your identity and experiences, and I strive to make therapy a place where you feel fully seen and deeply valued.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you’re looking to heal old wounds, manage current struggles, or simply find more peace within yourself, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
